It learns from the site's own pages and documents, answers visitors 24/7 in Hindi, English and Hinglish, and collects enquiries as leads. It is made in Patna, India, and works on any website with one script tag.

Where Shravani came from
A small idea with a simple goal: nobody should leave a website because there was no one to ask.
The idea, May 2026
We kept seeing the same thing on business websites: a visitor with a simple question found no one to ask, and the business lost the customer. Where there was a chat, a real person sat on the other side, so visitors waited in a queue.
The build, from August 2026
We started building Shravani so that every visitor gets an answer straight away, at any hour, from the business's own pages and documents.
Today
It works with Next.js, React, Shopify, WordPress and any other website, with one script tag, easy setup and the features small businesses actually need.

Dhananjay Kumar Dhani
Founder
Dhananjay is a full-stack developer who builds web, mobile and AI products. He studied Computer Science at Central University of Rajasthan (2026), where his team won first place at the AnalytiX 2025 DataOps Showdown with a financial-risk model reaching 98.8% accuracy. He holds Google Cloud skill badges in building AI applications with Gemini and Imagen and in prompt design with Vertex AI, and is also Founder & Director of SAMYORA Private Limited, a software development studio. He leads Shravani's product and platform.
Vashist Kumar Mani
Co-founder
Vashist is a full-stack engineer with 4+ years of experience building SaaS and real-time platforms with Node.js, React and Next.js. He specialises in backend systems: microservices, real-time messaging and secure APIs, backed by PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis, with cloud storage and containers on AWS and Docker. He has worked on real-time chat, social networking, SaaS, e-commerce and AI chatbot products, and holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science.
