Pricing questions, answered
What is an AI credit?
Credits measure AI usage. Each reply your bot sends uses credits based on its length and the AI model: Core uses the fewest, Advanced about three times as many, and Elite about ten times as many. A typical short answer on Core costs only a few credits.
When do my monthly credits refresh?
Plan credits refresh on the 1st of every month. On paid plans, unused credits roll over (up to one month's allowance) and stay usable until the 16th of the following month. Free plan credits don't roll over.
What's the difference between plan credits and top-up credits?
Plan credits come with your subscription every month. Top-up credits are bought once, never expire, and are only used after your plan and rolled-over credits run out — so they're a safety net for busy months.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your widget stays on your site and visitors see a friendly message with a way to reach you, so nothing looks broken. Buy a top-up or upgrade and the bot answers again immediately.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I pay?
Paid plans renew automatically through UPI AutoPay (via Zoho Payments) — you approve a mandate once in your UPI app. Top-ups are one-time payments. Every payment gets an invoice in your dashboard.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown excluding taxes where they apply. Your invoice in the dashboard shows exactly what you were charged.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing is discounted compared with paying monthly for twelve months. The exact saving is shown on the toggle above the plans.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
We run occasional promotions with coupon codes. If you have one, enter it at checkout in your dashboard. Agencies and larger teams can contact us for Enterprise pricing.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your website content, documents and customer conversations are used only to answer your visitors, and are never used to train public AI models.
