Shravani Discord Dashboard | Custom Bots & Voice Tracking

This Privacy Policy explains how Shravani ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares data when you use the Shravani Discord Dashboard and our associated Discord Bots. This policy is written to comply fully with Discord's Developer Terms of Service.

1. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following data from Discord via their official API:

User Information: Your Discord User ID, username, and avatar URL when you log into the dashboard or interact with the bot.
Server (Guild) Information: Server IDs, Server Names, Roles, and Channel IDs to provide configuration options.
Voice Activity Data: Timestamps of when users join, leave, deafen, or mute in voice channels. This is required for our Voice Tracking feature.
Message Content: We ONLY read message content when explicitly required for the "Shravani AI" conversational feature in designated channels. We do not log or store regular chat messages.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly for providing the core functionalities of the Shravani platform:

To display server analytics, leaderboards, and voice tracking metrics.
To execute automated welcome/goodbye messages and auto-role assignments.
To authenticate you into the web dashboard.

We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your Discord Server uses our bot. If the bot is kicked or removed from your server, all associated server configurations and voice tracking data will be automatically purged from our active databases within 30 days.

Your Right to Deletion: Any user or server owner can request immediate deletion of all associated data. You can exercise this right by emailing us at privacy@samyora.co or by opening a support ticket in our official Discord server.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure database access protocols, to protect your data against unauthorized access.
