How billing works
Plans renew automatically on UPI AutoPay, AI credits refresh every month, and every payment comes with an invoice. Here's exactly what happens, and when.
Your billing cycle
From checkout to renewal in four steps
- 01
Pick a plan and approve UPI AutoPay once
Choose Starter or Pro, monthly or yearly, and approve a UPI AutoPay mandate in your UPI app. The first payment is taken right away and your plan starts immediately.
- 02
Your AI credits arrive
Your plan's credits are added straight away and refresh on the 1st of every month after that.
- 03
We remind you before every renewal
Up to 3 days before your renewal date you get a pre-debit notification, and we never debit sooner than 24 hours after it — as UPI rules require.
- 04
Automatic renewal and invoice
Your plan renews on the same date each month (or year). Each successful payment creates an invoice in your dashboard.
AI credits
Three kinds of credits, spent in a fixed order
Each AI reply uses credits based on its length and model — Core uses the fewest, Advanced about 3×, Elite about 10×. We always spend the credits that expire soonest first.
1. Plan credits
Included with your plan every month. They refresh on the 1st.
2. Rollover
On paid plans, unused credits roll over — up to one month's allowance — and stay usable until the 16th of the next month. Free plan credits don't roll over.
3. Top-up credits
One-time packs that never expire. They're used last, after rollover and plan credits, so they're there for your busiest months.
Spending order: rolled-over credits → plan credits → top-up credits. If everything runs out, your widget stays up and shows visitors a friendly message with a way to reach you.
Billing details
Monthly or yearly
Pay month to month, or pay for a year up front and save 24% compared with twelve monthly payments. Credits still arrive monthly on yearly plans. Switch between them at your next renewal.
Invoices for every payment
Every subscription payment and top-up creates an invoice you can find under Settings → Billing → Invoices, along with a day-by-day view of credit usage.
Your price is protected
If we raise prices, existing subscribers keep their current price on the same plan. If we lower them, you get the lower price at your next renewal.
Coupons and promotions
Got a coupon? Enter it at checkout in your dashboard. Codes can be limited by date or number of uses, and the discount is shown on your invoice.
FAQ
Billing questions, answered
Which payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions renew through UPI AutoPay (processed by Zoho Payments). Credit top-ups are one-time hosted payments. Enterprise customers can be invoiced by agreement.
What is a UPI AutoPay mandate limit?
When you approve AutoPay, your UPI app shows the most we're allowed to debit per renewal. We may ask for a limit that covers our larger plans so you can upgrade later without approving a new mandate. You're only ever charged your plan's price.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
We retry automatically (up to 3 attempts, at least an hour apart). Your plan keeps running for 7 days while you fix the payment. If it still can't be collected, the account moves to the Free plan — your bots, knowledge and leads stay.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
A plan change is scheduled for your next renewal, so there's no proration and no second payment. Until then you keep your current plan, and you can undo the change. If a new plan costs more than your AutoPay limit, cancel at the end of the period and subscribe again to approve a higher limit.
Will my price go up if Shravani changes its prices?
No. Price increases don't apply to existing subscriptions on the same plan — you keep the price you signed up at. If our price for your plan goes down, your next renewal uses the lower price.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. You can resume before then.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months or unused time, because the Free plan lets you try everything first. Billing errors reported within 14 days are refunded in full.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes — when we run a promotion, enter the code at checkout in your dashboard. The discount applies to that payment and is shown on your invoice.
