Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you (the "Client") and Shravani (the "Data Processor").

1. Scope and Roles

1.1. This DPA applies when Shravani processes Personal Data on behalf of the Client in the course of providing the Services.

1.2. The Client acts as the Data Controller (or Data Exporter) and Shravani acts as the Data Processor (or Data Importer) with respect to the processing of Personal Data under the Terms.

2. Client Obligations

2.1. The Client agrees that it shall comply with its obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws in respect of its processing of Personal Data and any processing instructions it issues to Shravani.

2.2. The Client warrants that it has all necessary rights and valid legal bases (including any required End-User consents) to transfer the Personal Data to Shravani for the purposes of the Services.

3. Security

3.1. Shravani shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft, alteration, or disclosure.
